The ECC celebrated Dr. Seuss this week with the help of Judy Smith. Each day's theme was based on one of his books. Monday was Cat in the Hat, Tuesday was Fox in Socks, Wednesday was The Lorax, Thursday was Green Eggs and Ham and Friday was If I Ran a Zoo. In honor of Fox in Socks Day, students were asked to bring in sock donations throughout the week. All donations will benefit Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. Of all the kids who donated, a child from each grade at the ECC was selected at random to receive a Dr. Seuss book.

The health fair will be located at the community center (elementary cafeteria) from 4:00 - 8:00. Admission is free and services include:
7th grade TDaP shots
Free Health Screenings
Car Seat Checks
Children Fingerprinting - OSDH Mobile Unit
OBI Blood Drive from 4:00 - 7:00
There will be a school staff member on site to help with enrollment and computers available.

The first day of school is only 3 weeks away! Our staff is excited to start the new school year. We would love to welcome all of our new staff to Prague Public Schools, starting with our new Early Childhood Center Principal, Ms. Brown. We will have a meet and greet with all three of our new principals on July 25, from 5:00-6:30 in the Community Center.
