Required Qualifications:

• Superintendent Certification: Must have a valid and current superintendent’s certification.

• Residency Requirement: Must live within the district or be willing to relocate.

• Educational Leadership Experience: Proven background in educational administration, ideally at the district level.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with staff, students, parents, and the wider community effectively.

• Financial Management Expertise: Experience in overseeing budgets and managing district resources.
